Join us for Easton Restaurant Week July 22 through 28!

As always, we have two special menus for you, which you can take a look at below.

If you want to share a picture on Instagram or Facebook during Restaurant Week, that'd be awesome! All you have to do is check in on either social media platform and we'll be sure to share out your pic.

We support our local farms. ALL of our beef, eggs, herbs, cheese and most of our produce is sourced locally through Koehler & Sons Farms, Kleins, Primordia Mushroom, Salvaterra’s Gardens, Lehigh Valley Milkhouse and Bechdolt Orchards

Easton Restaurant Week July 2018 LUNCH MENU

Enjoy any of our restaurant week special sandwiches plus a cup of our homemade soup or side salad for only $10. All sandwiches accompanied by a deli pickle and your choice of kettle chips or today’s house made side dish.

PA Proud
Herb marinated Koehler Farms flank steak with garlic Parmesan dressing, baby kale and red onions on an open faced toasted ciabatta.

Savoy Chicken
Crispy pan-fried sesame breaded chicken breast with a savoy cabbage slaw, pickled carrots, and wasabi aioli, on toasted ciabatta.

Toasted Baguette
Local heirloom tomatoes, shaved beef Bresaola and whipped ricotta cheese, fresh basil and oregano on a French baguette.

Porters’ Egg Sandwich
Local farm fresh eggs hard boiled and sliced with a green bean slaw, red radishes and red onions served on toasted brioche.

Appetizers
Parmesan Zucchini Fritters
Fresh and pan-fried with a smoked garlic crème fresh.

Sweet & Spicy Short Ribs
Sliced short ribs with peach salsa and wild flower honey over a jalapeno cheddar pancake.

Second Course

Your choice of our Homemade Soup or Side Salad

Entrees
From the Garden
A savory blend of tri-color quinoa, cauliflower rice and grits topped with cave aged cheddar cheese, heirloom tomatoes, Smokey roasted trumpet mushrooms and scallions.

Diver Scallops
Pan seared with southwest pesto over a bacon, corn & avocado relish.

BBQ Strip
Grilled NY strip steak with bourbon glazed Vidalia onions over roasted sweet potato wedges and sautéed green beans.

Lamb Chops
Colorado grilled lamb chops with a smoked garlic herb pesto over vegetable quinoa.

Dessert
Homemade Tiramisu or Rocky Road Brownies
