Appetizer Best of the Wurst - Spaten Oktoberfest braised Krainerwurst, Weisswurst, Knockwurst, sliced over a bed of braised red cabbage served with Whole grain mustard $10 Entrée Sauerbraten - A traditional Germen braised beef with brown gravy served over spaetzle and braised red cabbage $16 Wiener schnitzel - Tender pan-fried veal medallions with a caper brown butter over spaetzle and braised red cabbage $18 Schweinenbraten – Oktoberfest braised pork loin and sauerkraut with apples and caraway seeds served with braised red cabbage $16 Lunch Appetizer Best of the Wurst- Spaten Oktoberfest braised Krainerwurst, Weisswurst, Knockwurst, sliced over a bed of braised red cabbage served with Whole grain mustard $10 German Krainerwurst - Grilled garlic sausage topped with sauerkraut and a smoked garlic horseradish sauce on a torpedo roll $8 Chicken schnitzel - Pan fried herb marinated chicken breast topped with carmilzed onions, Swiss cheese and a lemon caper aolie on toasted ciabatta $9 The Bavarian - Thick sliced honey ham with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese and whole grain mustard on a toasted pretzel roll $10  It may be the stinkiest event in Easton all year, but it's also one of the most fun.
Porters' Pub will be on hand at Easton Garlic Fest on October 1 & 2 in Easton Centre Square. We will be selling all kinds of garlic goodies along with draft craft beer and our award winning smoked garlic bloody marys.
