Eat, stink, and be merry at Porters' Pub's GarlicFest celebration taking place October 3 & 4.

We'll have a garlic inspired menu. 

​Creekside Garlic Farm will be on site featuring locally grown produce on site so you can bring the stink back home with you.

Soups and Grazers
Smoked Garlic Pumpkin Bisque - Cup or Bowl
Garlic Pretzel Stick - Bavarian pretzel stick grilled w garlic butter.
Garlic Shrimp - Baby shrimp broiled w garlic and herbs. Served with crusty bread. Perfect for sharing.

Lunch
*Comes with your choice of kettle chips or today’s homemade side

Garlic Sausage- Grilled with sauerkraut and whole grain mustard.

Dinner

Vampire Slayer Skirt Steak- Garlic and sage marinated skirt steak grilled over blue cheese mashed potatoes and spaghetti squash.
Mushroom Raviolis- Pan fried porcini mushroom raviolis with smoked garlic, pancetta , Tuscan kale, cherry tomatoes,  and rosemary in a light sherry broth topped with aged Asiago.
Atlantic Swordfish- Herb and mustard encrusted pan seared sword fish with a roasted garlic compound butter over arugula risotto.

Bangers & Mash- Traditional Irish Bangers served over mashed potatoes with an onion gravy
Irish Black Pudding- An Irish classic. Pan fried and served over mashed potatoes with a Guinness demi glace 
Haggis with Neeps and Tatties - that's Scottish for turnips and potatoes! Topped with a whiskey sauce.  

Entrées
All entrees are served with your choice of soup or salad.

Shepherds Pie- Made with domestic lamb topped with butter toasted mashed potatoes 
Corned Beef and Cabbage- Guinness braised corned beef served with boiled potatoes, cabbage and house made Irish soda bread
Guinness Lamb Stew- A classic hearty stew served with crusty bread
Dublin Salmon- Walnut crusted salmon with a Guinness honey glaze over parsley butter potatoes and carrots

Can you believe it's been six months since St. Patrick's Day? AND WE MISSED IT?

We are excited to announce St. Practice Day on Wednesday, September 16 in an effort to get us all prepared for the best St. Patrick's Day to come! 

We'll have a live Celtic Jam Session starting around 6 p.m. 

Jameson Swag!!!!

Our menu is as follows:

Easter is coming, and with it comes our annual Easter Egg Decorating Contest!
Due to the current circumstances, we have to do it a little differently this year, but we’re not going to let this stop our tradition!

Share your best Easter Egg Coloring Photos in our Facebook Event or by using #PortersEasterEggs on Facebook or Instagram.

(Make sure your photos aren’t private, so we can see them) and we’ll pick a winner who will receive a free dinner from Porters’ Pub!

Easter Sunday Curbside Brunch at Porters' Pub

Porters’ Pub will be open Easter Sunday for curbside delivery from 11am until 8pm. We’ll be offering our full Sunday Brunch from 11am to 3pm!

We’ll also have some specials including:Easter Eggs Oscar Benedict with our famous crab cakes, asparagus and housemade hollandaise sauce ($15).

For dinner we’ll serve a Black Forest Ham Dinner with hollandaise sauce, pan fried potatoes and vegetables.

Your choice of soup or salad included ($16).

Join us at Porters' Pub during St. Patrick's Week! We celebrate leading up to, but especially on, St. Patrick's Day, which falls on Tuesday, March 17 in 2020!

Join us for our St. Patrick's Day Edition of our Open Irish Jam on March 11. 

Then, our Authentic Irish Menu will be available from March 13 through 17. 

We'll also have the O'Grady Quinlan Dance Academy Step Dancers on March 14 and 17 at 5:30 p.m.!

Restaurant Week Lunch Menu
Enjoy any of our restaurant week special sandwiches plus a cup of our homemade soup or side salad for only $12.

All sandwiches accompanied by a deli pickle and your choice of kettle chips or today’s house made side dish.

Porters Buddha Bowl
Curry roasted chick peas with sesame roasted broccoli and cauliflower and sautéed peppers served over ginger-lemongrass basmati rice with a honey Sriracha drizzle.

Lamb & Brie Sandwich
Shredded lamb shoulder with herbs, French brie and pears on toasted multigrain bread.

Thai Chicken
Pulled chicken thighs with cilantro hoisin sauce and fresh ginger, topped with
peanuts, mint, cucumbers with a chili garlic aioli served over steamed rice noodles.

Nashville Brisket
Locally sourced thin sliced BBQ brisket with spicy pickle chips, pepper jack cheese, garlic mayo and Smokey BBQ sauce over toasted corn bread.

Breakfast for Lunch
Thick cut apple wood bacon, two farm fresh eggs and cave aged white cheddar cheese served on a sweet potato biscuit.

A frittata torte of farm fresh eggs, tri-color quinoa, Tuscan kale, carrots, garlic and goat cheese served over a sweet potato puree.

Bavarian Braciola
A slow roasted braciola of Koehler Farms flank steak rolled with whole grain mustard, dill pickles, carmelized onions and bacon. Served with fresh spatzle and sautéed brussel sprouts.

Coconut Mahi Mahi
Pan roasted Mahi Mahi with rice, gingered carrots and plantains chips.

Irish Lamb Coddle
A hearty stew of braised lamb, Irish rashers, leeks, potatoes and vegetables served with crusty bread.

Dessert
Homemade Crème Brulee Cheesecake or Pistachio Cannolis. OMG, and, yes, we make it here.

PA Bacon Fest returns to downtown Easton on November 2 and 3, 2019! 

Located in historic Easton, PA, the annual PA Bacon Fest has grown into one of the Lehigh Valley’s most popular events. It features 150+ vendors, 12+ musical acts across several stages, hog-calling and bacon-eating competitions, Bacon & Brew beer pairings, and every bacon-topped treat you can imagine. PA Bacon Fest was named in 2019 as one of Parade’s ‘5 Can’t-Miss Bacon Festivals’ in the country, and named one of the top 300 festivals IN THE WORLD by Fest300.com in 2014.
