We encourage our employees to travel, whether it’s back home for a weekend to see family or to go halfway around the world on a great adventure for months at a time. As long as we can adequately staff the restaurant during their absence, why not give our employees the freedom and opportunity they deserve?
While other employers might frown on this policy, making their employees stick to strict scheduling rules and only allowing limited time off, we believe those ideas are counter-productive. We think our staff is happier when they have the freedom to travel and enjoy new experiences. When they come back to work they come back refreshed, with interesting stories to tell and a broader perspective of the world. Travel on my friends.
