LOOK FOR THE TROPHY SHELF IN THE BAR.
A SURE SIGN IS A SMALL SHELF HIGH ON THE WALL BEHIND THE BAR OR REGISTER, WITH BOTTLES OF AMERICAN BEER PROUDLY DISPLAYED. THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR BEER AND ARE READY TO TRADE.
